KingsTalent is founded to provide athletic talent with the possibility of a ‘life changing experience’! The combination of sports and study on a high level in the sports crazy USA is a unique experience.

With the focus on personal guidance KingsTalent helps talented athletic talents to follow their dream and become a student-athlete in the United States. Together we find the right match and shape your dreams.

KingsTalent is in contact with over 5.000 college coaches all across the United States of America in different divisions; NCAA D1, D2, D3, NAIA, NJCAA and USCAA. Due to our focus on soccer, field hockey and volleyball we are able to let our network work for you.


Paul de Koning

Paul de Koning
After finishing high school Paul started his undergraduate studies Business Administration in Den Bosch. Always the adventurer he spent the last six months of his studies in Qingdao (China) to graduate with an A.
After completing the undergraduate program Paul left for New York City, to become a student-athlete in Long Island University’s men’s soccer team.
LIU Brooklyn competes NCAA Division 1 in the North East Conference.
Paul was named captain of his team and received the Academic Honor Roll for his academic achievements (GPA 3.6) on his Master of Business Administration studies during the season.




Han de Koning

Han de Koning
After graduating university Han chose a career as a professional recruitment specialist.
He went on to become a branche manager at a staffing recruitment agency.
Eventually he specialized in personnel planning and process management.
Han has over 8 years of experience in the fields of professional recruitment and specialized process management.

Han is a specialist in the area of eligibility, NCAA and NAIA compliance and visa applications.





Lars Blenckers

Lars has played for 6 years in the youth academy of VVV-Venlo. After finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Radboud University, he was one of the first athletes of Kingstalent to study and to play soccer in the United States.

He has played 2 years for Urbana University and made it to the National playoffs in both years. In May 2017, he returned back to the Netherlands with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. As a former student-athlete Lars knows exactly what our athletes can expect when they decide to take on the adventure to study and play in the United States.





Bob de Voogd


Bob de Voogd, member of the Dutch national
Field Hockey team. Bob knows how to combine
professional field hockey with his education.
For many years now, he is a valuable member of hoofdklasse team Oranje Rood and the Dutch national team.
Meanwhile, he played over 100 Caps for the
Dutch team. With the Dutch team he won the
European Championship title twice (2015 & 2017),
won the Hockey World league (2014), won a
silver medal in the Olympic Games in London
(2012) and at the World Cup (2014).  Besides this
he won several national championships with his
clubteam Oranje Rood.
At the same time he received his Bachelors
diploma Sport, Economics and Communication
in 2016. Bob knows how to combine
sports with study



Vince Rooi

Vince knows how it feels to leave his home country for the United States at young
age. He was 16 years old when he left The Netherlands to pursue his dream; play ball as a pro in the USA. He started his career at Montreal Expos, Washington Nationals and Pittsburgh Pirates. In total he played in 717 Minor League

He was a member of the Dutch national team from 2001 to 2014. Vince was a
valuable member of the national team winning the World Championship title
in 2011. With his experience he is a valuable member of the KingsTalent team.
